Join us for a special two-hour restorative yoga session with live music.
Jo will guide you into restorative yoga poses, fully supported by props, allowing your body to release tension, your nervous system to reset, and your mind to truly unwind.
This is the most restful and nourishing form of yoga — no effort, no striving, just space to be.
Live music by our resident yoga teacher and musician, Alice, will create a soothing soundscape with harmonium, guitar, and vocals to enhance your experience.
